"First time customer. I have just started tinkering around with grandfather clocks. I needed a suspension spring, the lady was very helpful in getting me what I needed and offered to even help me over the phone if I ran into any trouble trying to install it. Very friendly, helpful and kind, I would give them an A "

"I needed a suspension spring for a Barwick grandmother clock, so I called Jane and she was very helpful and nice. She had the part l needed and told me if I had any problems putting it back in, to call her and she would see if she could help. I would of given them 10 stars. "
